Christie Kearney, Heather Lenhardt and Carol Thomason will take you to different areas to help you balance your New Year thru exercise, nutrition and daily meditation.
Carol is a licensed nutritionist and will help plan a weekly menu to get your year started in a healthy direction.
Heather is a Certified personal trainer, Piloxing and spin instructor and will lead us into what is needed to get the most out of your workout!
Christy is a Yoga master and has been trained in several different areas. She is going to focus on getting our minds balanced in 2014.
